How to Make Bakwan Maize
MATERIAL
- 5 pieces Sweet corn, pipil
- 1 fruit Carrot, Cut the small size
- 2 pieces Leaves, sliced
- 1 egg
- 75 grams Wheat flour
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Ground spices:
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 9 shallots
- 1 cm galangal
INSTRUCTIONS
- Puree half portion (2 pieces) corn that has been in pipil. With a little water. Then mix with corn corn intact.
- Add carrots, spring onions, spices, flour and eggs. Season with pepper and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Form the dough using a spoon and then fry until browned.
- Drain and serve with cayenne pepper.
